Our club

Neighbors. leaders. rotarians

We’re a local chapter of Rotary International, a global network of 1.2 million members united by one simple idea: Service Above Self. Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Here in Mathews County, we tackle community-focused projects and put ideas into action. Whether it's providing grant funding, hosting community events and fundraisers, honoring heroes, spearheading a project, or rolling up our sleeves to lend some sweat equity, we're here to serve Mathews.

HOW TO JOIN

We are a network of local leaders and neighbors who believe in service, integrity, and making a real difference. Whether you're passionate about youth programs, community improvement, or global causes like clean water and disease prevention, Rotary gives you the platform to turn that passion into action. Through fellowship, collaboration, and hands-on projects, you'll build lasting connections while helping to strengthen Mathews County and beyond.

Interested in Joining?
We welcome others to participate in our group activities. Rotary accepts new members by invitation, and also has corporate membership options available. Please reach out to a Rotarian you may know or contact to us by email, phone or mail to let us know that you are interested in joining. It's not only a good way to get to know other members of your community, it is also a great way to give back by getting invoked in a variety of local projects.
